This flexible membrane can also be used as an airtight seal for all types of wall connections, even on uneven surfaces. Depending on the situation, the installation of SWS Inside Standard can be carried out before or after the installation of the facade element (e.g. window frame). There are 2 methods for applying SWS Inside Standard. You can work with a single piece or with 4 separate strips. In both cases, extra material must be provided for the corners (approx. 5 to 10 cm per corner). After unrolling and removing the protective film, glue the film with the exposed adhesive strip (on the printed side) to the side OR to the front of the facade element. Both sides of the film can be plastered and painted over. To glue the film to the raw construction, Soudafoil 360H or 330D must be used. Glue the film, not too tightly, to the raw construction to absorb any movements between the different building elements, but avoid creases. Then press the film evenly with a pressure roller.
