The GS105E V2 is a high-performance 5-port Gigabit Prosafe Plus Switch. It makes a simple upgrade of the existing networks to achieve a speed of 1000 Mbit/s via the CAT5 cable. The five 1000 BASE-T Full-Duplex ports drastically increase the performance of the network. The GS105E can be placed in both conventional Fast Ethernet and Gigabit networks. It is also particularly suitable as a desktop device, because it makes no sound without using a fan.
