M Universal-Maschinengewindebohrer HSS-E PM für Durchgangslöcher (Toleranz 6H, Standard) Der DORMER EP006H ist ein universeller metrischer (M) Produktionsmaschinengewindebohrer für Durchgangslöcher mit Gewindetoleranz 6H. Blanke Ausführung aus pulvermetallurgischem Schnellarbeitsstahl mit Kobaltzusatz (HSS-E PM) für noch breitere Einsatzmöglichkeiten. Dieser einzigartige Grundwerkstoff bietet die perfekte Kombination aus Härte und Zähigkeit und vereint damit hohe zulässige Schnittgeschwindigkeiten und einen sicheren Prozess. EP00 ist außerdem mit einem Schälschnitt ausgestattet, um das Loch besser zu schneiden und den Span voranzutreiben. Dieser Maschinengewindebohrer ist für Gewinde bis 2,5xD geeignet. Auch die Baumaße entsprechen der DIN 374.
