Mechanical Klamper disc brakes are characterised by their absolute reliability as well as their ability to be easily adjusted and maintained. They also do well on cyclocross race bikes, as they can be adjusted to the current course and conditions without tools. The secret of PAUL Components brakes lies in the oversized ball bearings and the steel used for the pistons. The Flat Mount version of The Klamper, like the IS version, features interchangeable brake arms. They are available for Shimano/SRAM and for Campagnolo with super short cable routing.
