Special features: DRYGRES 4DRILL diamond drill bits are designed to be used exclusively with a corded or cordless electric drill, always WITHOUT hammer mode. Thanks to their hexagonal connection, they can be quickly adapted to a 13 mm chuck. The drilling depth of DRYGRES 4DRILL drill bits is 40 mm deep. All DRYGRES 4DRILL drill bits contain wax. This wax melts during use, facilitating cooling and the removal of drilling residues (if the wax runs out, you can simply continue drilling. Only when all the diamond has worn off, can the drill bit no longer be used). Reinforced base with a tightening screw that keeps the wax at the tip of the drill bit. As it is a dry drill bit, for proper cooling, it is necessary to make a light and constant oscillating movement during drilling and to remove material residues in between. DRYGRES 4DRILL drill bits, from RUBI, have a system that prevents wax loss at the back of the drill bit, concentrating the wax, always at the tip, and ensuring lubrication during drilling. The recommended minimum speed for DRYGRES 4DRILL diamond dry drill bits is 1000 rpm. For a better finish and a longer drill bit life, it is important to respect the correct rotation speed and to make a light oscillating movement during drilling, and to ensure that no residues of the drilled material remain in the drill bit after drilling.
