This derailleur stands out with its large pulleys with 13 teeth that improve shifting performance, as well as an additional stop on the rocker for quiet operation. It also features Shadow+ clutch technology, where a stabilizer counteracts chain sag, slap and drop. Several pieces of the RD-M9120 are made out of a lightweight carbon. The XTR rear derailleur with its long cage (SGS type) is compatible with 10-45 cassettes.
