Polyethylene (PE) is processed into plastic in two ways. When the material is processed under low pressure, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) is produced. This material is very strong and can operate with pressure values up to 16 bar (PN 16). HDPE is also widely used for making robust (pond) containers.
