De V4EC, 4MP Starlight PoE beveiligingscamera van Foscam is een beveiligingscamera met starlight sensor voor buiten. De camera heeft vier extra spotlights die de omgeving verlichten om bijvoorbeeld onwelkome bezoekers af te schrikken en het neemt video's op wanneer beweging wordt gedetecteerd. Uiteraard heeft deze camera ook IR-verlichting voor nachtzicht.
