Shuffle the tiles into separate piles, so that there are always the same number of turns between tournaments. If you expand a project during the game, you can nominate the corresponding meeple for a tournament. Place one of your emblems face down so that only you know its value. If a tournament is then settled because one of the draw piles is empty, the players check how much their nominated meeples are worth.
