The Basil Cento Tech Fiber Nordlicht MIK is the next generation in bicycle baskets. This innovative basket is designed to perfectly match your high-end (electric) bike. It's made of a unique combination of lightweight aluminum and Textonile, a woven fabric you might be familiar with from modern outdoor furniture. What makes this material so special is that it makes the basket weatherproof, dimensionally stable, and colorfast.

The bottom of the basket features an extra protective mat and a strap with a snap closure to securely fasten your valuables. This allows you to secure your handbag or laptop bag in the basket while cycling. For your safety on the bike, the basket also features an integrated LED strip, making you more visible in the dark. The LED lighting is powered by two AAA batteries (sold separately).
The basket is easy to attach thanks to the pre-assembled MIK adapter plate. This adapter plate allows you to easily click the basket into your luggage carrier with MIK profiles or a MIK luggage carrier plate. Want to take the basket to the office or the store? You can just as easily click it off again. The MIK adapter plate fits many luggage carriers, women's bikes, men's bikes, and electric bikes.
The Basil Cento Tech Fiber Nordlicht MIK has a volume of 22 liters and dimensions of 46 x 34 x 25 cm (external dimensions). It is mounted on the rear of the bike and is mounted on the luggage carrier. The basket is made of Textonile and has an aluminum frame. Please note: the Nordlicht Technology can be used as supplementary lighting and does not replace legally required bicycle lighting. Always follow the legal regulations regarding bicycle lighting in the country in which you are cycling.
