Van Gogh Carré pastels are hard, square pastels that are ideal for covering large surfaces when using the sides or for detailed work when using the corners and edges. These are dry, but very firm pastels. The colors have a good lightfastness level for color retention. They can also be mixed with water for watercolor effects. Easy to clean after use. This series is currently only available in sets.
This general selection set with 12 pastels contains the following colors: White (100.5), Lemon Yellow (205.5), Dark Yellow (202.5), Vermilion (311.5), Carmine (318.5), Phtalo Blue (570.5), Ultramarine (504.5), Permanent Green Light (618.5), Permanent Green Dark (619.5), Yellow Ocher (227.5), Burnt Umber (409.5), Black (700.5).
