This sports drink is perfect for use before and during exercise. It has a 100% natural taste and contains no artificial flavors or colors. It's wonderfully refreshing and can be used in two ways: as an isotonic sports drink with a ratio of 70g per liter of water or 35g in a 500ml bottle, and as a hypotonic sports drink with a ratio of 20g per liter of water or approximately 10g in a 500ml bottle. Both versions contain essential electrolytes, such as 375mg of sodium and 100mg of magnesium.

• Isotonic sports drink: This drink combines thirst quencher and energy source for the body. It replenishes both electrolytes and carbohydrates, with approximately 8g of carbohydrates per 100ml. Ideal for endurance athletes engaged in prolonged, intense exercise.
• Hypotonic sports drink: This version primarily serves as a thirst quencher and primarily replenishes electrolytes. It contains less than 4g of carbohydrates per 100ml.

Instructions for use:

Isotonic sports drink:

• Dosage advice: dissolve 1 scoop of powder (approx. 35g) in a bottle with 500ml of water (or 1.5 scoops of 50g in a bottle with 750ml of water).
• Recommended use: Divide the amount of Isotonic Sports Drink consumed during your warm-up (ideally, 200 to 300ml) over a period of one hour before the start of the workout or competition until just before the workout. During the workout or competition, if possible, consume approximately 300ml of Isotonic Sports Drink every half hour.

Hypotonic sports drink:

• Dosage advice: dissolve half a full measuring scoop of powder (approx. 20g) in a bottle with 500ml of water (or an almost full measuring scoop of approx. 30g in a bottle with 750ml of water).
• Recommended use: Before and during training/competitions, as needed. Drink 500ml (1 bottle) to approximately 1 liter spread over 60 minutes. The amount depends on the outside temperature and the level of exertion.
