Bright version made of powder metallurgical high-speed steel with cobalt addition (HSS-E PM) for even wider applicability. This unique base material offers the perfect combination of hardness and toughness, thus combining high permissible cutting speeds and a reliable process. EP00 is also equipped with a peel cut for better cutting of the hole and propulsion of the chip. This machine tap is suitable for threads up to 2.5xD. The construction dimensions are also in accordance with DIN 374 standards.
