The long expansion element with three anchoring depths makes the SXRL versatile for all types of applications. The plug geometry ensures uniform load distribution in the building material. This prevents irreversible damage to the load-bearing material in thin-walled building materials. Easy installation: fins prevent the plug from rotating during insertion. The long expansion element with multiple anchoring depths of 50, 70 and 90 mm for the SXRL 8 and 10 and with 70 and 90 mm for SXRL 14 makes the SXRL an extremely versatile product. Due to the special geometry of the plug, forces are evenly distributed in the drill hole. The approval for single fixings in cracked concrete makes the SXRL the designated specialist in concrete. In the case of deep installations, the extra long fins prevent the plug from rotating in the drill hole. The SXRL 14 is also approved for applications under pressure and can be used for facade constructions installed without a wall bracket with a gap. The SXRL with useful lengths up to 240 mm offers the right plug for every application. The SXRL is suitable for through-hole installation. In perforated brick masonry, the two expansion zones ensure a substrate-friendly force distribution. The second expansion zone prevents irreversible damage to perforated brick lintels, allowing them to be used to further transfer forces. In aerated concrete and solid building materials, the two expansion zones merge into a single long expansion element, guaranteeing an even, surface-distributed load transfer into the substrate. For fixing timber constructions, it is recommended to use screws with a countersunk head. For metal constructions, use plugs with a wide flange and hex head screws with a pre-formed washer.
