The blade, sharpened on both sides, is made of stainless, hardened steel, the metal parts are made of over 45% recycled metal, and the plastic parts on the ergonomic handle are made of over 85% recycled material. The wooden element made of FSC-certified beechwood at the end of the handle harmoniously completes the high-quality look. Special emphasis has also been placed on quality, functionality, and durability.
