The Knipex Flat Pliers 20 06 160 VDE are ideal for gripping and bending materials thanks to their short, wide jaws. The gripping surfaces are serrated for optimal grip. They are forged from special tool steel of a special quality and oil-hardened. The insulated handles are particularly non-slip and comfortable thanks to the multi-component sleeves. Knipex tools with the special 1000 V symbol are approved for use at up to 1000 volts AC. To ensure that the special insulation can withstand the stresses, each tool is subjected to a breakdown test at 10,000 V AC before leaving the Knipex factory.
