Welding Fluid is a special coolant for use in welding equipment equipped with a cooling system. Welding Fluid should be used undiluted and provides frost protection down to -26°C. Description Welding Fluid is a special coolant for welding equipment with liquid cooling. The product is based on 1.2 ethianediol and specially softened water. Balanced additives have been added to obtain the following unique properties: Neutral towards seals and hoses Provides the metal parts of the welding equipment with excellent protection against corrosion Very high resistance to foam formation The high viscosity ensures sufficient cooling of the welding gun head Good lubricating properties to lubricate the pump Excellent heat transfer properties Liquid is free from clumping and/or crystallization Typical standard analyzes Density at 15 °C 1.068 kg/l pH - value 8.6 Reserve alkalinity 8.0 pH Crystallization point -26 °C
