The fastest way to pit plums for a tart. The Leifheit plum pitter quickly pits plums. With its stainless steel blades, the small machine removes the pits and slices the flesh for tarts. The flesh falls out of the opening into a prepared bowl, and the pits are collected in a collection tray. The plum pitter stands securely on four rubber feet and won't slip. To pit mirabelle plums, simply turn the plunger over. The entire device is easy to clean under running water.
