Thirsa misses her father and her sweet, forgetful grandmother, who sometimes thinks that the Second World War has not yet ended. During the war, grandma lost her great love, which is why she is still sad sometimes. Thirsa and her two best friends �?? the funny Joep and the smart Eric �?? come up with a plan to make grandma happy again. The three friends unintentionally end up in a turbulent adventure that is not only about the Second World War, but also about a magical drawing pad, a ghost plane and a tough girl who wants to become a pilot.
