This is possible with the enamel sets from Riess. The soft but quirky look of enamel is a must for every beautiful kitchen. With this beautiful frying pan you can prepare a delicious dinner in a beautiful way. Enamel is nothing but iron fused with siliceous glass at a temperature of 850°C. The fusion makes the surface very smooth, well hard and non-porous. The enamel also gives it its beautiful light colors, giving your kitchen a unique look. The material is also scratch and cut resistant and metal oxides are used minimally. Enamel does not give off an odor to the food. This way the food remains nice and pure in taste. The enamel also forms a perfect baking layer. You don't have to oil the pan every time and you can simply clean the pan with dishwashing liquid. Make sure that the pan is well protected when storing, enamel can be quite vulnerable when stacking pans.  Specifications: Material: enamel Handmade Very suitable for people with nickel allergy Size (cm): 26 Color: black Dishwasher safe Suitable for gas, induction and ceramic and all other types. Choose the correct diameter of the hob for your pots or pans to prevent energy loss. Never heat plates without contents and make sure that the liquid never completely evaporates. Otherwise, overheating may occur. Recommended maximum temperature for cooking and baking: 220°C. Cook with less heat than normal. Enamel conducts heat quickly to the bottom and walls. Your dishes are gently cooked, the ingredients are preserved and you improve the taste experience. In addition, you avoid the risk of burning, save electricity and extend the shelf life of your dishes. Reduce the temperature over time and observe the cooking process. When cooking with hot fat/oil there is a risk of inflammation. Never leave small children unattended near the stove and cooking utensils. Always treat enamelled handles and lids with a dry oven cloth. The core is made of iron and heats up quickly. Most of our products have enamelled handles and lids and can also be used in the oven. Glaze is very hard. However, bumping with hard objects, falling on hard floors or vigorously tapping the edge with metal kitchen utensils can cause the glass surface to chip. If the glaze layer does flake off despite all the care taken, then that will only be a visual shame. The dishes can still be used. If the product is flaking off on the inside, we recommend replacing the product, because optimal hygiene is no longer guaranteed. CLEANING The glazed glass surface not only inhibits bacteria, but is also particularly easy to clean. Riess tableware is dishwasher safe - best in the soft glass program. However, we recommend manual cleaning for one brilliant shine in the next generation Manual cleaning Fill the still warm dishes with water after cooking and emptying the cookware. After a short time, the soaked food residues can be easily removed. Extremely stubborn or burnt food residues can be cleaned by briefly boiling them with water and washing-up liquid and then cleaning with the smooth side of the cleaning sponge or soft brush.   Cleaning in the dishwasher Before putting the appliance away, remove any food or burnt-on objects (see 'Manual cleaning') and rinse it briefly with warm water. Use the gentle window cleaning program.   Cleaning aids and agents We recommend cleaning with scouring creams and soft sponges or soft brushes. Avoid using cleaning agents that are too harsh, such as wire brushes, steel wool, sand-based abrasives and cleaning sponges with ceramic particles. These can scratch the surface. If the surface is scratched by incorrect cleaning tools, it will reduce the shine, but the tableware can still be used without hesitation. Black spots are often metal abrasions from stainless steel cutlery, which can be easily removed with a mild scouring milk or our Riess enamel cleaner.   Correct storage Store enameled dishes - such as glass - well dried. Stains caused by lime-containing water can be easily removed with vinegar water.   INDUCTION COOKING The heat conduction of Riess enamelware is extremely fast. Observe the following instructions to avoid overheating dishes and food, which can warp even heavy pot and pan bases. Observe the operating instructions of the stove regarding the power of the switching stages. Here are some guideline values: Boiling water at 100 °C = 500 Watt - Frying at 180 °C = approx. 1,700 Watt Never heat empty cookware. Make sure the diameter of the pot and the hot plate are as close as possible. Always start with a low power and gradually increase to the desired power. NEVER use the Boost function (except for large amounts of liquid (6 liters or more)) Always pay attention to the cooking process. The automatic switch-off of the temperature sensors often does not respond quickly enough if the food is heated too quickly. Do not touch the glass ceramic surface of the cooking zone after cooking. It can be very hot due to the heated bottom of the pot. Environmental information about Enamel Frying Pan - 26 cm Straw pans are sustainably produced. Enamel is nothing more than iron fused with silicate glass at 850°C. The surface is very smooth and non-porous. This keeps the food clean and with pure aromas.   An enamel pot is not only the first choice for anyone with a nickel allergy, but also the greenest way of cooking... Only natural "mineral raw materials" such as iron, quartz, clay, feldspar, borax, soda & potash and the smallest amounts of metal oxides are used in production. There are no artificial elements, so enamel is 100% recyclable in the scrap.   The burning process produces the beautiful bright colors of the enamel, as well as the hard, non-porous, scratch and cut resistant surface.
