The SHIMANO DEORE XT Shifter SL-M8000-R-SET is a high-quality shifter for your bike. With the RAPIDFIRE Plus system and ergonomic operation, shifting is easy and comfortable. The release lever is wider and can be operated with the thumb, which makes shifting at the rear 20% easier. The non-slip main lever ensures a stable shifting process. The 2-WAY-RELEASE function allows you to shift quickly and easily. The cable length is adjustable and the shifter has a multi-release function (right side only). It is mounted on the right side and is suitable for 11-speed gears. The shifter comes with inner and outer cables and has a handy Optical Gear Display.
