The Sixton Peak Montana 81156-17 from the Endurance collection is a sturdy safety boot that is extremely well prepared for winter conditions. With this variant you can count on a greased nubuck leather upper (water-repellent thanks to Hydrotech coating), a comfortable wool lining, extra insulating insole and 3M Thinsulate fibers in the shoe material. This insulates all around but keeps the shoe breathable. In addition, a Sixton Peak HDry membrane has even been placed between the leather and wool. This hydrophilic membrane makes the boot completely waterproof! Dynamic HC control and Stabil Active keep the heel in the correct position, provide support to the heel and arch and control the lateral movement of the ankle. Dual Micro heel padding ensures that the shoe fits snugly around the heel, prevents wear and increases wearing comfort. The shock-absorbing PU/PU outsole offers excellent stability and anti-slip, and is SRC-standardized. Conductive WED strips give this shoe anti-static properties. Like every Montana, this boot is also metal-free. The safety toe is made of ultra-light metal-free composite; thermo-insulating and does not conduct electricity, but still offers protection against an impact of up to 200 joules. The Zero (k) anti-perforation intermediate layer is synthetic but at least as effective as steel. With crawl toe, which significantly increases the wear resistance of the toe of the shoe.
