However, nothing could be further from the truth, because the PLATEO features a very powerful LED. This provides a beautiful light output. The PLATEO combines the best of both worlds: a large reflector and a bright beam in a compact and universal design.
- The bright LED in the PLATEO produces a light output of 5 candela, making you visible up to 400 meters away. Combined with the large reflector, this rear light offers optimal safety on the road. You're clearly visible from behind and from the sides.
- The PLATEO has a flexible mount. This means it fits on luggage racks with a bolt spacing of 50-80mm. It runs on two AAA batteries, which are included with the product. This gives the PLATEO approximately 70 hours of battery life. Low on batteries? Don't panic! The handy battery indicator will alert you when you need to replace the batteries.
