Cyclon® VNO hub grease/roller brake grease is specially developed for optimal lubrication of all moving parts in gear hubs. It has a lubricating effect, adheres well, is corrosion-resistant, and spreads easily.
- Follow the manufacturer's instructions for disassembly.
- Clean the parts with Cyclon® Bionet.
- Rinse and dry the parts.
- For roller brakes, inject at least 15ml of grease (use a Greasebar with a syringe and straw). This is especially important for newly assembled bicycles.
- Make sure the hubs are well supplied with grease.
- Assemble, adjust and check the parts.
