Talens Art Creation watercolor paint is a transparent paint that is applied diluted with water. The more water you use, the lighter the color of the paint becomes. This allows you to work in many different transparent layers to create beautiful color effects. Watercolor paint does not dry waterproof, so you can still edit the paint with water where necessary. Use these colors on dry paper to create tight details and on wet paper to softly flow the colors and create seamless color transitions.
