The 30 x 3.8 cm is a special belt to secure your dog to the seat belt. Dogs often tend to move around in the car while driving, which can be dangerous for the owner, the animal, and the surroundings. With this handy seat belt loop, that's a thing of the past. This strap forms a loop that you attach around the desired part of the seat belt with the carabiner to the ring. The other carabiner you attach to the dog's car harness. Due to this method of attachment, the belt is suitable for all cars and can be secured in any desired way.
