Aluminum polish for all types of anodized aluminum. Thanks to the use of particularly mild abrasives, the protective anodized layer is not damaged, yet an outstanding cleaning result is achieved. Also suitable for colored anodized components and brushed stainless steel. Anodic oxidation can be used to provide aluminum workpieces with a protective oxide layer. Due to this oxide layer, the electrically oxidized aluminum is largely resistant to weathering and even to diluted acids and alkalis. To avoid mechanically damaging the protective oxide layer, "normal" metal polishes should not be used for cleaning, as their polishing particles are too hard.
