Product Description The WH-MT500/MT501-CL-B 27.5" wheel by Shimano - Micro-Spline at the rear Shimano WH-MT500-CL-B and WH-MT501-CL-B are 27.5" wheels for All Mountain use with an over locknut dimension of 110 mm at the front and 148 mm at the rear. Unlike previous models, the rear wheel now comes with the new Micro-Spline freehub, which is why Shimano has given it the name WH-MT501. The aluminium rims are 24 mm wide on the inside and are each fitted with 24 double-butted stainless steel spokes. Sealed and greased cone bearings are used in the aluminium hubs, which are characterised by resilience and smooth running. The tried-and-tested Shimano E-Thru thru-axle system ensures torsional rigidity and strength under all conditions. Please note that these wheels must be used with a tube.
