The WMF Profi Resist series offers the benefits of a stainless steel pan combined with a non-stick coating. These pans consist of three layers: an aluminum core, a stainless steel interior, and an extremely durable chrome exterior. Moreover, the honeycomb non-stick coating prevents burning, giving poultry and other meats a delicious crust. Profi Resist pans are perfect for anything you need to sear quickly and hot. Sear away! You'll enjoy them for years to come because the raised honeycomb structure of the stainless steel actually protects the non-stick coating. The pans also feature a TransTherm® base, which distributes heat quickly and evenly throughout the pan. This heat is also stored for a longer period, allowing you to turn down the heat, saving energy! This beautifully designed collection includes high-quality frying pans, serving pans, and a wok. All pans come with a 5-year warranty.
