This versatile bench with a weight rack and barbell set is an excellent choice for training various muscle groups. It's a must-have for those new to strength training. Our weight bench is ideal for bench presses, back leg curls, crunches, sit-ups, and pec exercises!

Because comfort during exercises is important, the training bench features a 4-position backrest, is well-padded, and has foam rollers to support the knees. Training with a barbell is very safe thanks to the safety handles. The weight bench can be easily folded after use and stored vertically.

The barbell set consists of solid chrome-plated bars with quick-release spring collars (for barbells), non-slip knurled handles, and grooved screw caps (for barbells) for secure attachment of the weight plates. You can train without worrying about safety issues. The weights are made of a robust polyethylene housing. They can be combined in various ways for different training purposes.
