The iron core of the enameled pan distributes heat optimally and quickly across the base, allowing for quick heat reduction, as egg dishes can't withstand excessively high temperatures. And once the eggs are fried, the pan, with its two handles, is perfect as a serving dish that you can also eat from, as enamel is cut- and scratch-resistant. Riess enamel pans are beloved far beyond Austria's borders. They evoke memories of grandmother's time.
