Description

LOCTITE® SF 7200 is designed to remove cured chemical gaskets by softening the material on the flanges. Once applied, the product develops a foam-like layer on the gasket, preventing the agent from draining from the desired location. This keeps it working for the desired length of time. Typical applications include removing all chemical types of gaskets from metal flanges. The product is particularly suitable for aluminum or other soft metal flanges where scraping can lead to damage to the surface.
