DHG (Digital High Grade) circular polarizing filters are often used for special situations. For example, when photographing objects behind glass, such as in a museum, the reflective effect of the glass can be suppressed using a polarizing filter. By turning the front section of the filter, you can choose whether the water is reflective or whether you want to photograph "in depth." Also consider photographing snow, plants, or through a window. Circular polarizing is ideal for landscape photography; by turning the filter, you can bring out different shades of blue. Another effect of using a polarizing filter is that a cloudy sky gains significantly more contrast.
