Description

The Crank Saver is a pedal thread repair and insert kit designed to restore damaged or stripped threads in crank arms. This kit allows crank arms to be effectively repaired, eliminating the need for replacement. The included reamer taps cut oversized 5/8" × 24 TPI threads into the crank arms. After cleaning, the insert is installed with thread locker, after which the pedal can be securely mounted into the insert. The kit enables a durable and precise repair.
